FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – An event held in Hoagland Sunday is celebrating a Fort Wayne girl’s third birthday and two years of being cancer-free while raising funds for her ongoing medical costs and needs as a visually impaired child.
At just 2 months old, Eliana Carmona was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called retinoblastoma.
