DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) — Several agencies are on the scene of a processing plant along the Tennessee River after smoke was seen coming out of the building.
According to News 19 crews on the scene, Decatur Fire & Rescue and Decatur Utilities are at the Bunge Processing Plant. Below are photos from the scene.
