KNOX COUNTY, Tenn. (WATE) — Court records show that Warren Ullom, 62, of Powell, faces charges of attempted second-degree murder after video showed him shooting at a woman in a vehicle.
On Friday afternoon, officers with the Knox County Sheriff’s Office went to CubeSmart on Clinton Highway. When they arrived, an employee said she had found shell casings after a woman came to the business saying she may have been shot at in the parking lot on Thursday night, court records showed.

KCSO reviewed video which showed a man, identified as Ullom, aim a gun at the woman’s vehicle three times, court records showed. The third time, Ullom fired in the direction of the woman in her vehicle, according to court records.
Later that afternoon, officers went to a hotel on Asheville Highway after receiving reports of an assault. Once inside, the officer found a man, later identified as Ullom, with a handgun in a holster on his waist. The officer ordered Ullom to keep his hands away from his gun, but he didn’t obey.
