VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – The city of Virginia Beach, alongside Beach Events and IMGoing are hosting a series of free concerts at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront during Labor Day Weekend.
The shows, which run from Aug. 29-31, feature national recording artists and all start at 7:30 p.m.
