Student Alleges College Minimized Misconduct Claims, Coerced Informal Resolution, and Retaliated Against Him and His Family
TAMPA, Fla. – A former student, identified as John Doe, has filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida against Florida College, its Board of Directors, and several top administrators.
The complaint, Robinson v. Florida College Inc., was filed on July 3, 2024, and alleges that the college failed to appropriately respond to reports of sexual harassment and misconduct, instead coercing the student into an informal resolution process and ultimately creating a hostile environment that forced him to withdraw from school.
