Great Southwestern Antique Show celebrates 26 years

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – There was something for everybody at the final day of the Great Southwestern Antique Show. Every ticket purchased was used to help fund public broadcasting.

If antiques aren’t your vibe, Indigenous art, historic photos, and more were also available. “Different types of antiques are antiques at different eras. Textiles, because they are fragile, are antiques when they’re 50 years old. Furniture, a hundred years old; jewelry, a solid vintage is 50-60 years old, antique at 100 years old,” says Terry Schurmeier, owner of the Great Southwest Antique Show.
