CINCINNATI (WXIX) – An investigation is underway after human remains were recovered along the shoreline of the Ohio River.
The remains were discovered at approximately noon on Saturday by a kayaker near the 2300 block of River Road, according to Lt. Jonathan Cunningham of the Cincinnati Police Department.
