CMSD being sued for alleged toxic mold exposure to students and staff

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) -A new lawsuit against the Cleveland Metropolitan Schools District (CMSD) was just announced, saying students and staff have been exposed to mold for years.

The complaint, filed in Cuyahoga County Court, states 100% of inner-city classrooms tested shows levels of mold by researchers.

However in this lawsuit, the Bressman Law Firm is specifically targeting problems at Newton D. Baker School of the Arts because of what it calls an, “environment that made the students sick and caused parents to become concerned about their children attending CMSD.”…
