Serious Injury Reported After Rear-End Crash on Route 8

HYDETOWN, Pa. (EYT) — An 18-year-old driver was seriously injured Sunday afternoon in a rear-end collision involving two vehicles traveling north on Route 8, according to a release from the Pennsylvania State Police in Corry.

Troopers said Ryan E. Robinson, of Townville, was slowing down to make a left turn when a Chevrolet Silverado driven by Lukas R. McAllen, 28, of Harrisville, failed to notice the slowdown and struck the rear of Robinson’s Mitsubishi Mirage.
