Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office ramping up school zone and bus route patrols

VANDERBURGH COUNTY, Ind. (WEVV) — As students head back to school, the Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office is ramping up traffic enforcement around schools and along bus routes to ensure safety.

The start of the school year sees increased traffic, new bus routes, and new student drivers. Deputies are assisting with directing traffic to keep the flow smooth and safe around school parking lots.
