Lawsuit filed challenging the candidacy of District 2 candidate Samantha Ingram

MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) — Reggie Hill, candidate for the District 2 seat on the Mobile City Council, has filed a lawsuit asking a Mobile Circuit Court Judge to remove Dr. Samantha Ingram from the ballot.

Hill alleges that Ingram has not been a resident of Mobile for the one-year period required under law.
