Pensacola man to face 19 years for trafficking fentanyl in Walton County

WALTON COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB) – A Pensacola man pleaded guilty on Monday after he was charged with trafficking in fentanyl.

Back in November 2024, the Walton County Sheriff’s Office VICE/Narcotics Unit arrested 36-year-old Jonathan Nikos Butler.

Officials said Butler was found in possession of nearly an ounce of fentanyl and 10 Xanax tablets during a criminal investigation.
