MAUMEE, Ohio — It’s a renewed community-driven safety effort happening next weekend, in honor of a life lost.
The Toledo Area Bicyclists (TAB) will officially launch the Toledo Safer Roads Initiative, something Nicole Reese said they’ve been doing for more than 30 years. She said this year’s initiative was born out of tragedy and hope, and TAB plans to have it live on during the annual Maumee Area River Ride on Saturday.
