The Jefferson Parish Coroner’s Office has identified the man found dead following a fire at a home in Old Jefferson early Saturday morning.
Firefighters discovered the body of Edgar Dixey III, 74, inside his house in the 3000 block of D’Aquin Street.
An autopsy is scheduled for Monday. The Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office said he was found suffering from “fire-related injuries.”…
