JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Regions Bank has announced that the company will help fund a $117 million affordable housing project in the capital city.
According to a release, the company’s affordable housing group is providing financing to veteran developer Vitus Group, LLC, to acquire and update three existing affordable housing properties in Jackson for current and future resident needs.
The three properties include Village Apartments, Commonwealth Apartments, and Madonna Manor, and are now part of the “Jackson Trio.”
