After nearly two months of uncertainty, Baja Grill in Little Rock has announced its doors will remain open under new ownership. Longtime employee Erin Jackson has taken the reins.
“Please come support Erin, who started here as a host in 2016, and was promoted to GM in 2020. She is now the new owner,” the restaurant posted to its Facebook page.
