SAN ANTONIO – A man is in critical condition after being hit by a pickup truck on the Southeast Side.
It happened at about 10:15 p.m. Sunday on Southeast Military Drive near Loop 410. Police tell us the 25-year-old man was crossing the road with a shopping cart when he was hit.
The victim was transported to Brooke Army Medical Center in critical condition…
