The largest transaction was Tucson Medical Center dba TMC Health Cancer Center’s 30,757-square-foot expansion in the East submarket, signaling continued investment in specialized healthcare facilities. Industrial properties dominated overall activity, particularly in South and Central Tucson, where multiple tenants renewed leases at established business parks, underscoring the limited availability of comparable spaces in these areas.
