Boston H-Block Gang Member Sentenced For Drug & Firearms Crimes

BOSTON, MA.- A 28-year-old Roxbury, Massachusetts, man, and a known member of the violent Boston-based street gang, H-Block, will be spending over next four years in federal prison after being sentenced last Thursday for federal drug trafficking and firearms offenses.
According to U.S. Attorney Leah B. Foley, on Thursday, July 31, 2025, Jerry Gray, 28, of Roxbury, Massachusetts, was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Angel Kelley to 51 months in federal prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, after pleading guilty in April to Distribution and Possession of a Controlled Substance, Cocaine; and Being a Prohibited Person in Possession of a Firearm and Ammunition.
According To Court Documents
According to charging documents and statements made in the District Court, Gray was one of ten gang members and associates charged in August 2024, following a multi-year investigation of H-Block that was launched in 2021 in response to an increase in drug trafficking, shootings, and violence. According to court documents, over 500 grams of cocaine, crack cocaine, and fentanyl, as well as over 20,000 doses of drug-laced paper, were seized during the investigation.
Gray Sold Crack To A Confidential Informant and Then Robbed Him
In February 2024, Gray, a long-time H-Block gang member, sold crack cocaine to a confidential informant and then stole the recorded buy money from the confidential informant during a controlled buy in March 2024. At the time of Gray’s arrest in August 2024, a Glock handgun, along with numerous rounds of various calibers of ammunition, were located and seized inside his residence…
