HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — Interstate 83 Northbound was closed until late Sunday afternoon after a crash in Harrisburg.
According to 511PA, two vehicle crashes that occurred within minutes of each other are restricting a lane on I-83 southbound at Exit 44A: PA 230 – 13th Street around midday Sunday.
