TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Two Toledo firefighters are facing charges in an alleged domestic violence situation.
Court records show Adam Thal, 50, and Chelsie Hartbarger, 30, both of Toledo, were charged for allegedly assaulting one another on Aug. 2.
Police affidavits allege Thal grabbed the Hartbarger’s neck, causing bruising and a scratch. Other affidavits allege Hartbarger slapped Thal, causing a scratch on his face…
