A food truck park / venue / beer garden that’s been in the works for months is set to host its grand opening soon. Chow Town has been a passion project for partners Dynh Le and Zeke Nathans.
“There has been a lot of red tape,” Le said. “But we both believe in the entrepreneurial spirit of food trucks. I don’t know if I could have done it without him and I think it goes the other way, too.”
The food truck park is on a triangle-shaped lot at 1101 N. Fourth St. in the Brooklyn Arts District. Here’s a look at what to expect.
The details
The focus of Chow Town is the six bays that will house both resident and visiting food trucks. A shipping container building nearby is where you can find restrooms, a commissary kitchen, storage and offices. (Each one has a different color. The restrooms are green, for example.)…
