A new mixed-use development is coming to Fort Worth’s Near Southside neighborhood.
Oxley Architects, a Fort Worth-based architecture and development firm, is still working on the design of the project at 162 W. Rosedale St., which will be called 162 Rosedale. The development could help connect the popular West Rosedale and South Main corridors.
