GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that women represent just 11% of the entire U.S. construction workforce as of last year.
She Builds Wisconsin is focused on addressing the significant shortage of women represented in the construction industry. It’s introducing them to the industry early with a three-day camp for free and open to middle schoolers.
