Hot August Nights
This year’s classic-car and oldies fest features Lee Rocker from the Stray Cats (Aug. 6), Tower of Power (Aug. 7), Grand Funk Railroad and John Waite (both Aug. 8), and Loverboy and the Commodores (both Aug. 9). These shows take place at either the Outdoor Stage at the University of Nevada, Reno, 1664 N. Virginia Street., or Nugget Events Center, Nugget Resort Casino, 1040 Victorian Avenue, in Sparks.
