“Lindsey Knight was the one who introduced me to it. He saw me in the gym,” Ferrell said. “He was like ‘you know your outlifting most of the men here?’ I was like ‘I didn’t realize that.’ He says I want to introduce you to some people.”
That day, Ferrell started work toward a path that would lead her to competitive powerlifting. A road, she joked, featured some self-imposed roadblocks…
