CLEVELAND — If you notice a haze in the sky on Tuesday, it’s not humidity or your eyes. It’s Canadian wildfire smoke affecting the air in northeast Ohio.

- Canadian wildfire smoke has once again returned to Ohio
- Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage and Summit counties are all under an Air Quality Advisory through Tuesday night
- The air is deemed “Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups,” which means older adults, children and those with health issues could be affected by the smoke
The Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency issued an Air Quality Advisory for a handful of counties, including Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage and Summit through late Tuesday.
