NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WANE) A large sports complex in the works in New Haven, known until now as Fields of Grace, will be moving forward but at a different location.
On August 1, Grace Gathering Church posted on its website that it would no longer be selling 12 acres of land it owns to Fields of Grace developers and the City of New Haven. The land is located off Minnich Road near I-469.
Grace Gathering said developer Card & Associates and the City of New Haven recently informed the church that they have decided to develop the fieldhouse on a nearby city-owned property. That means Fields of Grace as originally envisioned won’t be moving forward and Grace Gathering will retain full ownership of its entire 84 acres. It also means the project has a new name…
