LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Residents of Dosker Manor in Louisville said they’re feeling positive and optimistic with the complex soon set for redevelopment after years of issues.
“My heart feels good right now,” said Dosker Manor resident Naomi Guthrie. “This feels wonderful. I’m loving the fact that I don’t have to wait until the last minute.”
