PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Back to school can be less than fun time for many due to the lack of resources of back to school needs! The long lists of supplies, need for clothing, and hair cuts and styles can be burdensome.
Local Organization, IMPACT, has been dedicated to easing that load by providing essential supplies to help set students up for success. Serena Mann, William Starz, and Elsa Tirtilli, joined the HRS show to share how you can help support local students, as they get ready for the school year.
