Washoe County Housing and Homeless Services has announced the opening of a new permanent supportive housing building at the Cares Campus, located east of downtown Reno.
The facility, funded through Nevada’s Home Means Nevada Initiative and the Supportive Housing Development Grant program, features 50 units designed to assist chronically homeless individuals with complex medical, mental health, or substance use issues.
