(QUEEN CITY NEWS) — With the start of the new school year right around the corner, local law enforcement agencies are hosting their National Night Out events Tuesday.
The annual community festivals are held by many towns and cities across the Charlotte area, and by more than 70 neighborhoods within the Queen City. The events often have food and drinks and are designed to bring neighbors together, promote public safety and serve as a reminder of community resources as the students and teachers prepare to go back to school.
