BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — California Highway Patrol officers are investigating a deadly crash on South Union Avenue that occurred Saturday night.
Officials said a woman driving a Honda Civic northbound on S. Union Avenue, just north of Taft Highway, struck a pedestrian who was crossing the road westbound. The collision happened at about 9:29 p.m.
The man was transported to Kern Medical where he later died…
