HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – One of the two juveniles charged with a murder in Tepe Park now has a bond.
Court records indicate 16-year-old Santana Cooper has a $1,000,000 cash bond. Last October, police state they found 17-year-old Emmanuel Young dead from gunshot wounds at a picnic shelter at the park.
