Just over 109 acres off Cultra Road is on its way to being added into Conway city limits after council voted Monday, Aug. 4, to annex the property for a future neighborhood.
The property — at Cultra Road and Oak Street — is currently in Horry County’s Commercial Forest Agriculture district and could be rezoned to Conway’s Medium-Density Residential zone, after it’s annexed.
