MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WKRN) — One Murfreesboro organization is working to address the growing problem of homelessness after reports of individuals getting bused in from other cities.
Murfreesboro native Leslee Dodd Karl, who works to help the homeless through The Journey Home, said the area’s homelessness has increased dramatically.

“In the last 10 days, I’ve heard of two instances from people who have interacted with people who have gotten off the Greyhound and have no connection to Murfreesboro and are trying to find The Journey Home,” Karl said.
