NBC 10 I-Team: Town worker accused in poisoning will remain free after hearing in gun case

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — The North Providence town employee accused of poisoning a co-worker at the DPW will remain free, on home confinement, following another court appearance Tuesday.

Alessio D’Andrea, 29, was in federal court in Providence for a bail violation hearing related to an ongoing gun case that already had him on home confinement.
