Search underway for missing woman with brain injury, Sacramento deputies say

Koy Kouang Saechao, 53, is described as being 4 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 100 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt and gray pants near her home in Antelope on July 31, according to SCSO.

Additionally, Saechao reportedly has a traumatic brain injury that causes memory loss. Anyone with information on her whereabouts can contact the sheriff’s office at 916-874-5115…
