TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – After residents of Executive Towers Apartments were informed they are no longer required to move out, people who live in the high-rise apartment are still dealing with issues inside the building. We’re getting an inside look at some of the problems inside the units, and we have more information on inspections that were done on the property.
The outside of the building looks to have no issues, but it’s when you get inside the building that you see the problems. The reports mentioned ceiling damage, roof leaks and standing water in the carpeted hallways. Residents say these are not new problems they’re dealing with.
