Mobile man accused of breaking into car

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A local man was arrested after officers allegedly found him inside someone else’s car.

According to a Mobile Police Department news release, at about 2:15 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to the 3600 block of Pleasant Valley Road in reference to breaking and entering.

When officers arrived, they allegedly saw a man inside another person’s car without permission. When the man saw the officers, he ran away, but the officers caught him a few minutes later, according to the release.

LeShawn Moore, 48, of Mobile, was arrested and charged with unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle, the release said.

He was taken to Metro Jail, where he is awaiting a bond hearing, according to jail records…
