Kennedy High School principal reflects on derecho five years later

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – “It was like a war zone. I’ve never seen anything like it.”

That’s how Kennedy High School Principal Jason Kline described the damage right after the derecho slammed Cedar Rapids in 2020.
