AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – The VA on Wednesday announced the termination of many collective bargaining agreements.
The Department of Veterans Affairs says this will make it easier for leaders to promote high-performing employees, hold poor performers accountable, and improve benefits and services.
