30 cats rescued from property in DeKalb Co.; animal shelter asking for assistance with cost, care

DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. (WPTA) – 30 cats were recently rescued in DeKalb County.

According to the DeKalb Humane Society, staff responded to a call about a property in Corunna where 30 cats needed to be surrendered.

The animal shelter says the rescue means it is officially over capacity and will soon have to account for spay/neuter bills as well as additional medications, veterinary visits, and ‘extra TLC’…
