Spartanburg police arrested a man after a disturbance call at WestGate Mall.
Christopher Antwan Price, 34, of Spartanburg, is in custody after punching law enforcement and attempting to steal a police vehicle on August 5, according to the Spartanburg Police Department’s Lt. Art Littlejohn.
