A 47-year-old woman was killed and three other people were injured in a head-on collision in San Jacinto, authorities said Wednesday.
The crash was reported at 4:22 p.m. Tuesday at Ramona Expressway, west of Sanderson Avenue, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
According to Sgt. Patrick Lynch, a vehicle was traveling westbound on Ramona Expressway when for an unknown reason it “crossed over the center line, colliding head-on with the second vehicle.”…
