One person was hospitalized after a single-vehicle crash involving an 18-wheeler hanging off a highway completely shut down part of SH-146 in Baytown, according to authorities.
On Wednesday, Lt. Sterry Garza with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office shared a post alerting drivers of the closure.
