LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – An 18-year-old male was indicted by a Lubbock grand jury on Tuesday in connection with an east Lubbock shooting two weeks ago.
Lubbock Police responded to 36th St. and Ave. A just before 3:30 p.m. on July 22. That us where LPD officers say 18-year-old Zephaniah McCoy and a group got into an argument with 18-year-old Keimorrie Hardaway and another group.
Hardaway and his friend started to drive away when police say McCoy began shooting at the car, hitting Hardaway.
Hardaway was taken to UMC with serious injuries. McCoy was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon…
