ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Helping Rockford kids out of tough situations involving human trafficking and domestic violence is the mission of Rockford’s 8th Annual Educators’ Summit.
Domestic violence is a growing problem in the Rockford-area, making up more than half of the violent crime reported in the city last year.
