‘I literally have no idea where I’m going to go’: Dozens speak out about Allentown’s notice to vacate Jordan Creek area

ALLENTOWN, Pa. In the public outcry over Allentown’s recent notice to vacate for homeless people living along Jordan Creek, Allentown City Council announced that it will discuss issues related to unhoused individuals at a Committee of the Whole meeting scheduled for Aug. 13 at 6:30 p.m.

Council Chairman Daryl L. Hendricks said the city is working on an orderly agenda which should be published by Friday afternoon.
