Berkeley County SROs complete weeklong training ahead of new school year

BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) — School resource officers in Berkeley County spent last week taking part in an extensive training program designed to strengthen emergency response and student support strategies ahead of the 2025–2026 school year.

The weeklong training, held at Berkeley High School, included hands-on drills, scenario-based learning, and classroom-style sessions with key partner agencies.
